The Qur’anic Arabic course is a two-year, part-time programme that helps students develop the skills to understand and translate the Holy Qur’an and Hadith. The focus of the course is on Qur’anic Arabic rather than modern conversational Arabic, allowing students to better connect with the language of the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
By the end of the course, students should feel confident in independently exploring verses from the Qur’an and Sunnah and understanding their core meanings.
Qur’ān Recitation:
The Qur’ān recitation program is designed to enhance fluency and the application of Tajwīd rules. Its aim is to equip students with the necessary recitation skills, enabling them to maintain good fluency and speed throughout their lives, while ensuring correct Arabic pronunciation of the Holy Qur’ān. The program employs three distinct teaching methods, as outlined: memorisation of short Suwar, guided practice reading with the teacher (Mashq), and independent reading with applied Tajwīd (تَجْوِيد) rules. As this program is tailored for advanced students, it will focus on delivering instruction to a higher standard.

Age and Prerequisites
This Qur’ānic Arabic course is designed for teenagers aged 13–19 who have completed at least an elementary Madrasah education.
Prerequisites for this course include:
Completion of elementary Madrasah education.
Proficiency in reading the Qur’ān.
