Islamic Studies

Islamic Studies is a two year comprehensive study of Shari’ah with selected topics for teenagers. The course is best suited for teenage madrassah students who wish to further their understandings of Islam to advanced stages. This course aims to equip the young Muslims with the correct teachings of Islam as set out by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him). Strong focus is placed on dealing with the many modern challenges faced by the youth of today.

Module Overview:

The course is structured with six modules over the period of two years.
The first year will cover three modules which are based on the practical aspects of a teenage Muslims life related to the juristic rulings in Salah, Purity and Cleanliness, theological studies and misconceptions in Islam.
Then following into the second year the next three modules will cover the LGBT issues, Islamic history and some biography of the life of Prophet .

Learning outcomes:

To adorn the young minds to become great British Muslim citizens who up hold the practices of the prophet , choose for themselves the right guidance over falsehood and Islam over all other religions and teachings. We hope to transform our students into confident Muslims, who have a strong grounding of the commands of Allah, leading lives according to the Sunnah of the Prophet and his companions (May Allah be pleased with them) resulting in entering Islam in its entirety.
